A dynamic and innovative Academy in Richmond is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to develop a strong understanding of business principles and entrepreneurial skills.

About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Business Studies lessons to Key Stage 4 students, focusing on GCSE curriculum requirements.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate case studies, real-world examples, and practical business simulations.
- Facilitate student-led projects and presentations, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through presentations, projects, written assignments, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Business Studies curriculum, ensuring it aligns with current industry trends and best practices.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and enterprise challenges, to enhance student learning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies to GCSE level, with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and practical skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong knowledge of business principles, market trends, and entrepreneurial strategies.
- Commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and a strong work ethic in young people.
- Ability to use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
