The ideal candidate will:

  • Be QTS qualified with experience teaching Business Studies up to A-Level.
  • Be confident delivering lessons to class sizes of up to 20 students.
  • Have experience planning, marking, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Show passion for student progress and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Mark and assess work, providing constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential.
  • Offer tailored support, including 1-to-1 sessions, to meet individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other staff to ensure a top-quality learning experience.
