Job summary

Link3 Recruitment Ltd in Coventry is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors with a Business Studies background to support secondary schools across Coventry. You will deliver pre-set Business Studies lessons when teachers are absent and help students stay engaged.

Ideal candidates will have GCSEs or equivalent, right to work in the UK, and be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. Flexibility to work across multiple schools and roles is encouraged, with a competitive daily rate of pay.

Qualifications

• GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) required.
• Right to Work in the UK is necessary and will be verified.
• Enhanced DBS Check (Child Workforce) required prior to starting (or Update Service).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set Business Studies lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task.
• Support students with their understanding of key Business concepts and terminology.
• Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership where required.
• Create a positive, supportive classroom environment; flexibility to work across Coventry schools.
