We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Administrator to join our growing Service Charge team in our Southampton office.
You will be supporting our award winning service charge team and Resource Coordinator, helping them with execution of their day to day jobs. You do not need experience in this field, you will learn many aspects of what it is like to work in an accountancy environment which will build and develop valuable skills that will create a solid foundation for any work climate.
On a day to day basis you will be mainly computer based. You will be using Excel, PDF Viewers and our own web based project management tool Forsite throughout the day, so all skills you have already with this will be extremely welcome. You will be trained to assist the accounts team with the planning and set up of their jobs as well as the finalisation of the signing of these accounts. You will be the first point of contact for our clients when they have any issues, and act as a pivotal role in ensuring our team are operating at the right level.
