We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Forge strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners to enhance loyalty and collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies that support business development objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide reports on progress and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the automotive services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
