Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the first line of defence. You will develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks and elevate risk management procedures across the business.

The role involves coordinating crypto risk management, identifying and assessing risks, testing controls, and delivering risk reports. A disciplined, data-driven, and proactive mindset is essential to thrive in this fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology.
• exposure to crypto/ digital asset industry.
• Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
• Examples of interpreting and organising complex data to enable risk-based decisions.
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities and manage many tasks simultaneously.
• An organised and methodological approach.
