Working across a diverse group of companies spanning many different industries, the Growth & Relationships Manager will be instrumental in building and developing strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders, with the aim of fostering sustainable growth for the Group. This role is crucial to the long-term commercial success of Pneuma Group and its operating companies. The role holder will need to be highly experienced in relationship management and strategic planning with the ability to understand and meet the unique needs of clients.
This role is a key contributor to the delivery of the company’s strategy and growth targets and working closely with the Group Sales & Marketing Director, will play a crucial part in how Pneuma Group, and its group of companies, are represented and will act as a passionate ambassador for the Pneuma brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Growing Pneuma Group’s presence through developing and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic partners, clients, stakeholders and the wider business community.
- Identify new business opportunities, critically assess their potential and bring them to fruition, including new markets, new clients and new partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and forecasts designed to maximise sales performance and support the business achieving its overall objectives, taking ownership of the management of the sales pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to identify and service lead opportunities as well as jointly coordinating a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Pneuma Group to manage customer acquisition and maximise retention.
- Attend conferences and networking events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with trends.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth across the group of companies, using available data and market trends to derive meaningful insights and actions.
- Develop a good understanding of the industries Pneuma operate within across the group as well as the company’s position within them, providing valuable market and client feedback to inform and shape future commercial decisions.
- Monitor sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and trends.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for the Pneuma brand and its group of companies, demonstrating commitment to our values.

- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of working to and meeting targets.

- Experience in a client-facing, relationship management, or business-development focused role.
