A leading energy company is seeking an experienced and driven Business Project Manager to join its Energy Project Management Team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of energy trading and technology by aligning IT initiatives with commercial strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact programs and projects.

Main Responsibilities of a Business Project Manager:

• Support the development of the Technology Roadmap in line with the CT30 Strategy.
• Align IT initiatives with UK commercial trading strategies and contribute to technology planning.
• Coordinate with key commercial stakeholders to align technology solutions with broader business strategies.
• Collaborate with CTG leads to set priorities, ensure effective resource allocation, and support financial planning aligned with the Medium-Term Plan (MTP).
• Manage strategic business change projects, including scope, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
• Define and implement appropriate delivery methodologies and governance frameworks for projects.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs and projects within the energy sector.
• Ensure IT project delivery meets budget, timeline, and quality expectations while maintaining business alignment and support.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and handover to support.
• Work with CTG and IT project teams to improve delivery performance and capability.
