What We Do:The Business Process Designer is responsible for designing and delivering the processes required to support the business across different core-functions and systems.


About the Role:

  • Research and gather business requirements for the project, determining the need and value of performing activities based on the context.
  • Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate requirements against the present state and target state, identifying opportunities for successful business transitions.
  • Analyse the potential consequences of changes and estimate the modifications required for accomplishing those changes.
  • Conduct E2E assessment to ensure all impacted functions and processes are properly considered in the project. Identify resource impacts/needs.
  • Identify business needs by working with business owners, business change leads, and users across different systems, to ensure a common purpose and successful delivery.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrate experience in business process analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools.
