About the job

Position: Business Process and Analysis, Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Process and Analysis Manager to lead the engagement activities for Business Analysis, Requirements gathering and definition, and Process Design. This role will lead a team of Business Analysts and Process Analysts, who will focus on capturing business requirements from stakeholders and documenting detailed requirements, process flows, and change impacts to support transformation initiatives. They will identify impacts of change and develop recommendations to manage/address them.

Location: London | Cambridge

Employment type: Full-time regular

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Produce an approved set of business requirements, based on use cases, as input into transformation and continuous improvement programs.
  • Compile a requirements traceability matrix based on documented functional, non-functional, and constraining requirements.
  • Produce business process maps to show current and future state differences.
  • Analyse impacts of changes in business processes, systems, and roles; provide recommendations.
  • Support Requirements Workshops and document SME inputs clearly for stakeholders.
  • Support Change Management outputs such as Business Impact Assessments.
  • Provide impact assessments and coaching to drive adoption and embed processes.
  • Document, map, and align processes within the C2C Value Chain (Sales, legal, operations, Finance, Product Development).
  • Track and report benefits realization across workstreams.

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Team management – leading a global team of analysts.
  • Understanding of sales and commercial processes, experience in software sales or subscription business preferred.
  • Ability to plan and run effective workshops.
  • Evaluate information through workshops and surveys, and describe business processes or perform task analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Negotiate business requirements approval across impacted teams.
  • Ability to consult, collaborate, and influence at all organizational levels, especially senior leaders.
  • University degree in a related discipline with over 10 years of change management experience.
