develop is seeking a commercially minded Business Analyst to join a growing organisation in Maidenhead. The role focuses on documenting current processes, spotting inefficiencies and partnering with stakeholders to implement practical improvements.

You will gather requirements, create AI agents on MS Copilot and map workflows, while collaborating across the business to drive efficiency and clear communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial experience in a Business Analytics role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to create Agents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to understand and document complex processes clearly.
