As part of their growth, this is a new role, working closely with Directors to build and deliver business strategy covering sales (online/ecommerce, B2B and B2C), marketing (online and offline inc. Events), client and supplier relations, and team leadership...

You will be involved with all areas of a successful and ambitious retail e-commerce company; reporting to Directors.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Sales and Marketing - working with internal and external team to create and deliver strategy aiming to retain and grow the full customer and partnerships base
• Budget Management - working with Accountants to set/review budgets, forecasts and ensure smooth running
• Supplier Liaison - managing relationships and agreements with suppliers and partners
• Process Improvement - researching, reviewing and implementing procedural improvement such as CRM system, AI and more
• Quarterly strategy meetings and reports with the Directors
