Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded operator to sit between founders and engineering, turning business priorities into action and building scalable processes to support rapid growth.

You will translate objectives into priorities, coordinate engineering teams, and own day-to-day execution to keep initiatives on track. With direct exposure to the founders and significant ownership, you will shape the direction of the company and drive delivery across engineering and operations,

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership in a growing business.
• Background in business operations, programme management or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and driving project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness, initiative and the confidence to challenge stakeholders.
