As Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our operational strategy and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes. By working closely with various departments, you will provide critical insights into project management, risk management, change management and process improvements, that support strategic decision-making and business growth. Your expertise will help us identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and productivity gains. What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects / Work packages within a high pressure, and or complex team
• Change Management experience. Preparation and maintenance of all project documentation through the project lifecycle
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements
• Process Mapping to BPMN standards
• Lean Six Sigma yellow belt as a minimum
• Project Management of medium to complex projects
