Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 (pro-rata)

Full Time/Part Time: Part Time - 30 hours per week or Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Management
  • Participate in strategic decision-making, including business growth and resource development.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.
  • Lead financial reporting on client work and internal activities.
  • Support clients in developing and adopting new technologies.
  • Maintain and update consultancy rates and service costs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR, UK GDPR, PECR, and others.
  • Lead efforts to obtain compliance certifications like Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001.
Strategic Planning
  • Understand data protection legislation and governance practices.
  • Analyze market data to inform company strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management on business strategies.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and support junior team members.
  • Deliver training on policies and practices.
  • Foster a positive working environment focused on growth.
Performance Monitoring
  • Develop KPIs to measure success.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
Marketing and Digital Presence
  • Oversee website effectiveness and user experience.
  • Manage SEO and marketing campaigns, including Google Ads.
  • Maintain social media presence, including LinkedIn.
  • Develop marketing strategies and budgets.
Future Opportunities
  • Support proposals, tenders, and new business streams.
  • Lead new product development and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • Serve as internal product lead for new offerings.
Office Management
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are adequate.
  • Coordinate office use and liaise with landlords.
  • Support office moves and environment setup.
  • Act as Health and Safety Officer.
Assets Management
  • Ensure staff have necessary physical and digital assets.
  • Manage internal software subscriptions and assets.
ICT Administration
  • Oversee ICT environments and issues.
  • Manage VOIP technology and Microsoft 365 environment.
