We are delighted to be recruiting for a confident and detail-driven Business Operations Coordinator to join a growing estate and lettings agency based in Edgbaston, Birmingham with the opportunity to progress into a Personal Assistant to CEO role.
In this exciting and varied Business Operations Coordinator position, you will play a central role in the smooth running of daily business operations, providing administrative and organisational support across the company. Working closely with the CEO, you will help manage diaries, schedule meetings, prepare documents and reports, and liaise with both internal teams and external partners. Over time, you will take on more senior-level support duties, shadowing the CEO in key meetings and gaining exposure to the strategic leadership of the business.
With a keen eye for detail and a naturally organised nature, as the Business Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for handling internal communications, assisting with confidential correspondence, and contributing to project planning and delivery. You will support a wide range of activities from HR administration and onboarding to compliance processes and company campaigns. As your responsibilities evolve, you will grow into a pivotal role at the heart of the business, acting as a right-hand support to the CEO.
To succeed as a Business Operations Coordinator, you will ideally have previous experience in an administrative, operational or team support role, with excellent communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude. You will be IT proficient, especially across Microsoft Office and Outlook, and thrive when managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. You will be eager to learn, open to taking on new challenges, and committed to progressing within a forward-thinking and ambitious business.
