Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Business Manager, Strategy & Transformation to join our Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team. You will lead high-impact enterprise initiatives, translating strategic priorities into delivery plans and influencing senior leaders across functions to drive measurable value.

You'll develop robust business cases, track benefits and enable sustainable change at scale in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy or transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous briefs to measurable outcomes.
• Ability to structure problems, evaluate trade-offs and craft pragmatic recommendations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience developing or challenging business cases and metrics.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve conflicting priorities and create accountability.
• Excellent executive communication: concise writing, compelling presentations and decision-oriented reporting.
• High ownership, adaptability and calm judgement in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll own

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You'll ensure targeted initiatives and transformation priorities are executed effectively at scale, bringing structure, pace and accountability to cross-functional delivery so strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

You'll work close to senior leaders, influence cross-functional delivery, and help turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes for the Enterprise business.
