Job Description

  • Develop and manage independent pharmacies
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the FMCG industry.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of regional sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Rep should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the FMCG sector. You will need experience selling into Independent Pharmacies.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and drive results.
  • A full UK driving licence to accommodate travel
