Job description

Currently, we are looking for a Sales Representative for our key client, a fast-growing sales enablement firm known for delivering high-impact solutions to scale service-based businesses. Recognized for transforming entire sales systems and consistently boosting closing rates, the company is dedicated to driving measurable results through strategic training, refined messaging, and tailored sales processes. With a focus on building long-term client success, it continues to set new standards in the sales consulting space.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join their sales team. This role includes engaging with potential clients, managing the full sales pipeline, and closing deals. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams, provide sales performance updates, and stay informed on market trends to identify new opportunities.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and strategies with company goals.
- Providing consistent performance reports and client feedback.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent customer service and enhancing the customer journey.
- English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a strong plus.
