Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Business Manager to join the Governance & Customer Data Team in the CCST. You will review customer journey data, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, and support fair treatment of vulnerable customers.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation and guiding remediation actions when needed. You will help deliver timely insights, contribute to policy improvements, and drive data quality and lending risk measurements to support

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business banking products, services and processes, including key systems like BLP, MEO and Livelink.
• Strong commitment to high-quality work with attention to detail and data retention.
• Ability to identify and support vulnerable customers with appropriate handling.

Responsibilities

• Review customer journey data across business areas to assess quality and compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Oversee availability and understanding of PAYG options and champion fair treatment of customers.
• Deliver feedback and learning from quality assessments and analyze complaint trends to improve policies and processes.
• Provide knowledge support to the wider business operation and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Resolve complex customer queries with accuracy to support positive outcomes.
