As Business Manager, you’ll bring together priorities and perspectives across a complex, multi-billion-pound organisation—turning insight into action, bringing senior stakeholders together and ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for the conversations and decisions that matter most. From strategic briefings, Board and Management Committee activity to leadership communications, high-profile engagements and priority projects, you’ll gain exceptional exposure across the business and AXA Group. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, the CEO’s PA, Executive leaders and teams across AXA, you’ll play a trusted and influential role where no two days are the same—and where your judgement, energy and delivery will make a visible difference.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
