About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager to partner closely with the VOIS CEO and Global Management Team (GMT), helping to drive strategic priorities, strengthen leadership alignment and ensure disciplined execution of key initiatives. This role combines strategic advisory, programme delivery and operational leadership responsibilities, supporting the CEO in navigating complex priorities while advancing the transformation of the CEO Office through AI-enabled ways of working and innovative approaches to executive support.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with the CEO to drive the delivery of strategic priorities, providing insight, challenge and recommendations on key business matters.
• Track progress against critical commitments, proactively managing risks, engaging stakeholders and supporting timely resolution of issues.
• Lead the continuous improvement of CEO Office processes, driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance productivity, preparation, monitoring and execution.
• Prepare the CEO for key meetings by developing high-quality briefing materials, talking points, decision recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Own critical path planning across strategic priorities, ensuring stakeholders have clarity on responsibilities, timelines and expected outcomes.
• Anticipate emerging priorities, upcoming decisions and key leadership activities, ensuring proactive planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships across the GMT and Business Manager community to strengthen collaboration, accountability and alignment.
• Support the preparation, execution and follow-through of governance, leadership and management forums, translating discussions into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
• Simplify complex or ambiguous topics into structured plans that enable effective decision-making and delivery.
• Act as a quality gate for key inputs submitted to the CEO, ensuring information is accurate, relevant and appropriately reviewed.
• Support CEO-sponsored strategic initiatives and transformation programmes as required.
• Contribute to communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring strategic themes, priorities and key messages are clearly reflected.

Who you are

• Significant experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams within a fast-paced and complex organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when engaging with executive leadership teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and programme management capabilities, with the ability to convert complex challenges into structured and actionable plans.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate priorities and take proactive action to maintain momentum on critical deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience building trust, accountability and alignment across diverse teams.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled tools and their application to executive support, process optimisation, insight generation and productivity improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive briefings, presentations and decision-support materials.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in business management, strategy, transformation, programme delivery or a related leadership support role.
