A leading automotive group in Morpeth is seeking a proactive Business Manager to enhance the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires previous sales management experience, strong knowledge of financial products, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will manage deals, support sales activities, and maintain high customer interaction standards. An industry-leading remuneration package is on offer, including a basic salary of £35,000 and OTE of £50,000 plus additional benefits.
As our Business Manager you will be pivotal in providing support to the sales team. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team. It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations, to ensure accurate information is given. You will support the department in the delivery of the Group's controlled ActiveSales process and drive the department’s performance to achieve the agreed targets. This will involve supporting management of daily actions and direct customer interaction, with first and second facing customer activity at its heart. You will serve and support sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add‑on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
