Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Possess a full and valid UK Driving Licence.

Overview

As our Business Manager you will be pivotal in providing support to the sales team. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team. It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations, to ensure accurate information is given. You will support the department in the delivery of the Group's controlled ActiveSales process and drive the department’s performance to achieve the agreed targets. This will involve supporting management of daily actions and direct customer interaction, with first and second facing customer activity at its heart. You will serve and support sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add‑on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
