Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Business Manager to lead day-to-day operational delivery, drive service performance, and support high-quality patient care across the CSU.

You will join an established management team, monitor access to services, balance budgets, lead service improvements, and develop and deliver on strategic business plans with clear accountability. Excellent communication and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams are essential.
