• Manage recruitment for internal teams and talent succession planning.

• Work alongside central operations teams (Talent Attraction, Compliance, Candidate File Maintenance, Shift Booking) to ensure smooth operations and client-facing time for commercial teams.

Business Development & Client Management:

•Build and maintain relationships with key clients, both within the public sector (HSC) and the private, voluntary, and not-for-profit sectors.

• Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and tender meetings.

• Drive new business opportunities and increase market share in Northern Ireland.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

•Lead the strategy for the division’s long-term growth, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.

• Regularly report on divisional performance, P&L reviews, and progress against key goals to the senior leadership team and board.

• Act as a key liaison between Northern Ireland operations and central leadership teams

•Foster a strong, positive, and inclusive team culture within the Northern Ireland division. • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Work closely with senior management across other divisions, including the Commercial Director and department heads, to ensure cohesive and effective delivery.
