Job summary

The Elizabeth School of London is seeking an Associate Lecturer/Lecturer in Business Management to contribute to the delivery of full-time programmes developed with partner universities. The role includes delivering high-quality teaching, developing modules, and collaborating to enhance courses.

You will work in a dynamic HE environment, supporting diverse student cohorts, delivering assessments, and providing timely feedback in line with programme specifications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and/or a PhD in the relevant area.
• Previous lecturing experience for similar courses at HEI level.
• Work in line with Blackboard / VLEs, MS Teams / Zoom.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across programmes in a Higher Education setting.
• Shadow training and mentoring of other lecturers as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve courses.
• Create module/unit Scheme of Work and develop module materials.
• Deliver subject-specific sessions aligned with learning outcomes.
• Deploy assessments and provide timely formative feedback.
• Ensure compliance with programme specifications and awarding bodies.
• Produce module/unit reports and contribute to the School’s Research Department.
• Communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
