Ashfield District Council is seeking a Business Intelligence Officer to join the Policy & Performance team to turn data into meaningful intelligence for decision-making. You will analyse and present performance data using Excel and Power BI, produce reports and dashboards for senior managers, and support customer insight, GIS and spatial data analysis as part of a cross-functional team.

We're looking for someone with strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience of working with data and ICT systems. Knowledge of Power BI, GIS or performance management would be an advantage.
This post is career graded from Grade D to Grade F. Starting salary and grade will be determined according to experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress through the grades as they develop the required skills, knowledge and competencies for the role.
