Job Description

We’re looking for an Analyst to join CPM at head office in Thame. If you have experience in a data-led role and enjoy understanding trends and pulling out insights, we want to hear from you! The role offers up to £35,000 PA depending on experience, Bupa healthcare, and a generous holiday allowance.

Must be able to travel to the Thame office 3 times a week!

Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

This role is part of the Business Insights and Reporting teams, responsible for providing reporting solutions to stakeholders to drive performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will optimize system and technology use, identify opportunities to add value for clients, and collaborate with Account Management and Operations teams. You will report to the Reporting and Insight Manager.

Skills Required

• Knowledge & experience of SQL or other coding languages
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft systems
• Experience or understanding of ETL processes
• Knowledge of database and reporting systems
• Ability to manipulate data from various sources and relate it to market trends
• Supportive attitude towards change and a positive outlook
