Job Title: Analyst at CPM

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Business Insights and Reporting team at CPM's head office in Thame. The ideal candidate will have experience in data-led roles, enjoy analyzing trends, and extracting insights. The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 PA, depending on experience, along with Bupa healthcare and a generous holiday allowance.

Note: Must be able to travel to the Thame office three times a week.

Role Overview

This position involves providing reporting solutions and outputs to internal and external stakeholders, enabling the business to enhance performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will utilize available systems and technology, identify opportunities to add value for clients, and work closely with the Account Management and Operations teams. You will report to the Reporting and Insight Manager.

Key Skills and Experience

• Knowledge and experience of SQL or other coding languages
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of ETL processes
• Familiarity with database and reporting systems
• Experience manipulating data from various sources and relating it to market trends
• Adaptability and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
