Smartest Energy Limited is seeking a commercially minded and analytical professional to shape better outcomes for SME and Mid-Market customers through data-driven insight and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll lead the delivery of data and analytics across SEBL, transforming complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that identify risks and unlock opportunities for informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to apply data analysis techniques to business scenarios and deliver actionable business insights
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies within current business operations
• Ability to assess and identify risks within existing business models and processes
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience communicating findings and recommendations
• Knowledge of data analysis methods, business intelligence applications, and supporting analytical technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics delivery across SEBL transforming data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Digital and Data/BI to translate challenges into structured, testable requirements.
• Use data analysis and process improvement to enhance customer journeys and operational performance.
• Identify cost-to-serve reductions and deliver measurable business value for SEBL.

Yearly salary 38,000.00 GBP - 40,000.00 GBP

We're looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional to help shape better outcomes for our SME and Mid-Market customers through data-driven insight and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of data and analytics across SEBL (Smartest Energy Business Limited), transforming complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that identify risks, unlock opportunities, and support informed business decisions across regulatory, financial, operational, and customer experience activities.

Working collaboratively across Sales, Commercial, Operations, Digital, and Data/BI teams, you'll translate business challenges into structured, testable requirements that drive safe, compliant, and customer‑centric change. You'll use data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to enhance customer journeys, improve operational performance, reduce cost to serve, and deliver measurable business value while contributing to SEBL's wider strategic objectives.
