Business Growth Manager, Broker Partnerships & Invoice Finance Sales

Join Lloyds Banking Group as a Business Growth Manager, Broker Partnerships & Invoice Finance Sales and be part of our dynamic Broker Growth team, established in September 2024. Our team, comprising five Business Growth Directors and two Business Growth Managers, is dedicated to enhancing broker relationships within the Invoice Finance division.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern, involving remote work and at least two days per week at one of our office locations: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong broker relationships, supporting their clients with tailored invoice finance solutions.
  • Manage relationships with national brokers providing significant referral volume.
  • Respond promptly to lead receipt and initial client contact.
  • Implement facilities up to £300,000; for larger facilities, conduct a warm handover to the Business Growth Director.
  • Oversee the client application and onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions to Client Management teams.
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick transaction times.
What You'll Need
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis and collateral risk assessment, with growth potential.
  • Experience working with business owners and management teams.
  • Invoice Finance and ABL Foundation qualification from UK Finance, or willingness to attain it with company support.
  • Proven track record in providing invoice finance facilities is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
