Role Overview: As a Business Enabling Services Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and coordinate a comprehensive approach to mandatory business processes, including handling complaints, information requests, and vacancy management. You will focus on processing and monitoring complaints and inquiries received both directly and indirectly into the Director of Health and Social Care. Additionally, this role involves providing project management support and harmonizing various aspects related to the effective functioning of the Business Enabling Portfolio.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues. A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential to prioritize workloads and meet conflicting demands.

Working Hours and Location: 30 hours per week with a flexible hybrid working pattern from home and Fife House, Glenrothes, Fife.
