JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive
LOCATION: Bolton
SALARY: Guarantee earnings of GBP60K for First Year
Realistic Year Two earnings of GBP100K (uncapped)

The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations across the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, serving 130,000 clients worldwide, with highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive.

The ROLE
The successful Field Sales Executive will:

* Take a consultative approach to sales, providing tailored solutions to clients.
* Attend sales appointments arranged by your telemarketing partner.
* Self-generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy environment.
* Receive comprehensive training, including a four-week induction program.

CANDIDATE
Our client seeks a strong Field Sales Consultant with:

* B2B field sales experience.
* Understanding of consultative sales processes.
* Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Experience in lead generation.
* Proven ability to close sales.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A full driving license.

Compensation and Benefits:
Basic GBP30K, guaranteed GBP60K in the first year
Uncapped GBP90K OTE; top earners exceed GBP150K
Company car or GBP5,000 car allowance
Life insurance, 24/7 Employment Relations Advice Line, and a day off for your birthday

Commission Structure:
Calculated quarterly based on sales value:
0 to GBP200,000 = 5% commission
Above GBP200,000 = 10% uncapped
Travel allowance or company car valued at GBP5,000

Quarterly Bonus:
Achieve 30 deals and GBP325,000 revenue = GBP5,000 bonus
