We’re looking for a hands-on BDR Team Lead to drive pipeline and coach a high-performing team. If you're a proven sales leader with a strong background in Data, AI, BI, or ML SaaS and thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment—this role is for you!
Market leader: 80% of the Fortune 500 (Google, Microsoft, EY, eBay).

Impactful role: Work closely with the VP of Growth & sales leadership to build and scale the EMEA pipeline.
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – ideally 2-3 days in office)
Quota-carrying leadership: 40% of quota carried individually.
Team management: Hire, coach, and manage performance for a team of 5 SDRs & BDRs.
Lead generation: Own a high-volume inbound & outbound motion (1K+ leads/month).
Sales culture: Fast-paced, aggressive, and revenue-driven.
1+ years of BDR/SDR Team Lead experience in SaaS.
Background in Data, AI, BI, or ML SaaS (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Alteryx).
Quota-carrying sales contributor who leads by example.
Experienced in both inbound & outbound sales in a high-growth environment.
Experience in technical consultancies.
