Confidential is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist in St Ives for a full-time role, Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm. You will drive sales, nurture client relationships and oversee projects from enquiry to completion.

Responsibilities include handling enquiries via phone, email and in person, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers and install teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. Competitive salary with commission and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing lasting customer relationships.
• Deliver a high standard of service, providing knowledgeable support and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Manage incoming enquiries across telephone, email and face-to-face channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Prepare detailed quotations, manage pricing and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee projects, coordinating with customers, suppliers and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Organise site visits, measurements and customer consultations to establish project requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with all parties, resolving queries and keeping projects on track.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the department by identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer journey.
