Overview:
We are tremendously excited to be partnering with a Top 100 Am Law firm on their search to add a talented Business Development Specialist to their growing team! In this position, you will work closely with senior members of the Private Funds and Private Equity practices to support key initiatives and drive growth.

In this role, you will be working directly with the practices' Senior Manager, which offers an excellent platform for the right candidate to develop into management. It also provides an opportunity to gain experience in cross-selling and key client support from both global and local perspectives.

We seek professionals with at least 4 years of Corporate Law Firm experience in a Business Development capacity. An enthusiastic team player eager to contribute to a top-class culture is essential.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare pitches, RFP responses, directory and award submissions, and develop/maintain practice group credentials and other relevant materials.
• Support senior team members by attending practice meetings to develop agendas, document key takeaways, and follow up on action points.
• Conduct research on clients, market trends, and competitors.
• Liaise with the Communications team for website content and with the Events team for internal and external events and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with the CRM team and legal assistants to keep the CRM system updated.
