Are you passionate about design and creating inspiring experiences? Our client, an esteemed name in the high-end interior textiles world, is looking for a Showroom / Business Development Specialist to join their vibrant London team in Chelsea.

This role offers more than just showroom duties; it's an opportunity to be part of something creative, customer-centric, and collaborative. You will greet private clients, guide top-tier designers and architects through luxurious materials, and help shape an inspiring and stylish space while supporting business development efforts.

Working closely with the Showroom Manager, Sales Team, and Country Manager, you will contribute to projects, events, and storytelling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service with expert product guidance, textile knowledge, and mood board creation.
  • Maintain an elegant, organized showroom ready to impress visitors.
  • Coordinate samples, assist with hospitality setups, and support daily operations creatively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to foster relationships within the design community, including designers, influencers, media, and artists.
  • Develop smaller client accounts and support business growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Graduate in Interior Design or similar, with 2+ years in interior design, luxury retail, or related experience.
  • Strong passion for high-end design, aesthetics, and familiarity with art and architecture scenes.
  • Textile-savvy, detail-oriented communicator who excels in client-facing roles.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
  • Excellent at building lasting relationships and engaging with the creative community.
