Business Development Representative (Hybrid)
Telent is looking for a new addition to the Sales & Marketing team as part of the Network Services division. We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to help build and develop relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear space. This role will involve working through a Telent training plan and collaborating with the team at our Warwick office and Camberley office at least one day per week, alternating every week.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a multi-faceted role that is integral to the success of Telent’s go-to-market strategy. We’ll help you map out a path on which you’ll be able to grow your career at Telent for years to come.

We are looking for candidates who are resilient, driven, self-motivated, and adopt a practical way of working. You should have relevant experience in a sales environment, particularly in outbound sales, and the ability to generate and identify new business leads. A university degree or equivalent is also preferred with some experience of working in an office setup.
