We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing SafeContractor team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping organisations find solutions that support their business goals.
As a BDR, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline for our BDM team. You'll be at the forefront of customer engagement, introducing prospective clients to SafeContractor's market-leading solutions and helping to drive business growth.
We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with decision‑makers, enjoys developing new business opportunities, and can build strong professional relationships. You'll be organised, commercially aware, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
We have a hybrid workplace policy, where you will work from the office 3 days per week.
