We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lettings Partner to join our expanding team. This is a self-employed, commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential. You will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with clients, and promoting our lettings services across the market. Your efforts will be supported by our marketing resources, and you will benefit from a company car.
What’s on offer to you as a Lettings Partner in Basingstoke:
- Complete on-target earnings starting at £54,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- Basic salary up to £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- Fully uncapped commission scheme
- A guaranteed monthly commission while building your pipeline
- Remote working from home and occasionally from a local office
- You must reside in or near Basingstoke

Your main duties as a Lettings Partner:
- Monitor operational and financial results against plans and budgets
- Increase profitability through initiatives and strategic planning
- Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
- Engage in local marketing initiatives
- Manage your brand’s reputation independently
- Build networks and referral relationships
- Implement operational and financial controls
- Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Support the Lettings Director in devising area strategies
What you need to bring to the table:
- Proven track record in residential lettings, with industry knowledge and successes
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Drive to earn and work hard for rewards
- Willingness to develop professionally
- Passion for Spicerhaart, our brands, values, and processes
- Strong knowledge of Basingstoke and surrounding areas
- Experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator, capable of building and leveraging client relationships
- Market trend awareness and forecasting ability
- Understanding of marketing strategies and channels
- Ability to advise landlords effectively on pricing and tenant selection
- Strong presentation skills, including engaging on camera
- Competence in canvassing, prospecting, social media, and review management
- Ability to sustain long-term performance through book growth
