Business Development & Marketing Officer

Full-time, Permanent

Hybrid, 3 days per week (North London office)

The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London, is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Officer to join its dynamic Commercial Short Courses and Business team. The role involves promoting Central as a leading and specialized training institution to potential clients.

You will lead and manage the creation and implementation of strategic marketing and sales development initiatives to support recruitment for non-credit bearing courses.

This position will focus on developing marketing campaigns for short courses and business training, emphasizing market research to inform sector focus. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support income targets and growth, aligned with Central’s strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate collaborative working skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
