Trowers & Hamlins LLP in Birmingham is seeking a Business Development Executive on a 12-month fixed term contract to support the Real Estate and Banking & Finance teams with marketing initiatives, client relationships and growth.

The role involves delivering BD and marketing activity across key practice areas, coordinating campaigns and events, producing content and working closely with partners and colleagues to drive strategic projects.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in a marketing or business development role within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive team player with enthusiasm, drive and a genuine interest in business development.
• Flexible to support events and activities outside normal office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business development and marketing activity that supports growth across practice groups.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, seminars and client-facing initiatives.
• Produce and manage marketing content and directory submissions.
• Work closely with partners, fee earners and the marketing team.
• Assist with client development activities and wider strategic projects.
