Job summary

Trowers & Hamlins in Birmingham is looking for a Business Development Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Marketing and Business Development team. You will support the Real Estate and Banking & Finance groups to drive marketing initiatives and client relationships.

You will coordinate campaigns and events, produce marketing content, and work closely with partners and fee earners. The role requires proactive collaboration and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in a marketing or business development role within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive team player with enthusiasm, drive and a genuine interest in business development.
• Flexible to support events outside normal office hours when required.

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing & Business Development department on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Business Development Executive you'll be supporting our Real Estate and Banking & Finance teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

The Role
