Job description

Business Development Manager - Timber Frame

At Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy sales team covering North-England.

The role involves working across our timber frame product ranges and engaging with a customer base of national and regional house builders, developers, and contractors.

Candidates should be located in the Northwest/Yorkshire regions, as this is where most of our customers are based. Due to extensive travel requirements, all candidates must hold a valid UK driving license.

What we’re looking for:
  • You will have a strong focus on customer experience from start to finish, prioritizing our customers in all aspects of your work.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of timber frame construction.
  • Proactive attitude, with a desire to meet customers face-to-face.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently.
What you will be doing:
  • Proactively generating sales opportunities within our self-build customer base.
  • Visiting customers both in-office and on-site.
  • Attending networking events across the region.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments such as estimating, design, procurement, and operations.
