Location: Worthing (BN14) – Office & Field Based

Salary: £27,000 + OTE

We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and ambitious individual to join our Business Development team. You don’t need years of experience – just a natural flair for people, a can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow in a thriving industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Learning the ropes of sales and logistics with full training and support
• Generating new business leads and booking appointments
• Getting out and about – meeting local businesses and building relationships
• Helping clients find fast, flexible transport solutions that work for them
• Working closely with our experienced team to build your pipeline

What we’re looking for:

• Confident communicator with loads of enthusiasm
• Self-motivated and up for a challenge
• Ability to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and follow up leads
• Based in the BN postcode area (this is a must!)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
