About Us

Fortemus Films is a rapidly expanding creative agency and production company operating from its own Film / TV studio complex and production house in Central London. We specialise in creating content (TVC and social) in the sports sectors, working with clients such as F1, Manchester United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and more.

The Role

The Business Development Manager will lead the management and development of their own sports sales pipeline and strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Sport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and conducting outreach to prospective new clients
  • Managing their own business development pipeline
  • Pitching new business opportunities to prospects in the aviation sector
  • Building relationships with creative agencies as a trusted production partner

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the sports industry and/or a creative agency
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn, and sales software
  • Target-driven with a desire to expand commercial skills
  • Excellent online, written, and oral communication skills, with pitching experience
  • Experience in agency, video, or digital media landscapes is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
