Business Development Manager - Roofing & Solar Manufacturing

Location: Newport - Hybrid structure

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + OTE of £50,000-£60,000 + All expenses paid + Pension + Progression + Bonus

About the Role
  1. Generate new business opportunities within the roofing and solar sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  3. Travel for client meetings as needed, with many meetings potentially conducted via virtual systems like Teams.
  4. Contribute to the company's growth and success in renewable energy solutions, focusing on photovoltaics integrated with building architecture.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Previous sales experience within the roofing or construction industry.
  2. Knowledge of roofing systems and renewable energy solutions is advantageous.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and utilize virtual communication tools effectively.
  4. Aspiring to progress to senior roles such as Senior Business Development Manager.
