As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Customer Engagement Consultant/Business Development Manager to join our Customer Engagement team and focus on the Public Sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our public sector partnerships, helping organisations develop their workforce through high-quality apprenticeship and commercial training solutions. Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing new employer partnerships across the public sector, with a focus on NHS organisations, local authorities, charities and education providers.
This is a pure new business role where you'll develop a strong sales pipeline, build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and deliver consultative workforce development solutions that meet customer needs while achieving ambitious growth targets. Working collaboratively with internal specialists, you'll position Babington as the partner of choice for apprenticeships and commercial learning solutions.
