Job summary

Dovetail and Slate Limited is seeking a proactive candidate to help build and maintain relationships with employers, promoting training programmes and apprenticeships. You will meet targets by securing new business opportunities and learner placements, while identifying additional opportunities during employer interactions.

You will generate leads, support recruitment for apprentices, and maintain employer databases to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases and CRM systems.
  • Full rights to work in the UK.

  • Build relationships with employers to promote and sell training options, ensuring opportunities for upskilling staff and recruiting learners.
  • Identify business development prospects, including tailored training solutions for employer needs.
  • Assist employers with recruiting apprentices and navigating processes for workplace learning programmes.
  • Conduct recruitment activities for young learners, supporting their placement into suitable roles.
  • Regularly update and maintain employer databases for accurate reporting and compliance purposes.

Role Purpose

Requirements

  • Full rights to work within the UK
