About the role:
You will oversee the development and implementation of key sales strategies for the new TSG UK Power business line, building a high-performing team, and establishing our presence as a market leader in the UK.
This is a pivotal role for the company as we continue to drive growth across the UK, delivering an enhanced client package with a focus on our Independent Connection Provider (ICP) business, energy storage (battery) and other sustainable energy technologies.
What you'll do:
You will be responsible for achieving agreed-upon sales revenue and margin targets while fostering a proactive sales culture within the team, establishing clear team targets and objectives and monitoring performance regularly with the provision of strategic support to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
